All subdivisions must comply with the requirements of the local planning schemes and must be prepared by a Licensed Land Surveyor.
We will guide you through the Subdivision application process, by lodging your application in SPEAR and assisting you through to the issue of a Planning Permit, then helping you to satisfy the permit conditions for the Statement of Compliance. Once Statement of Compliance is issued we release all documents to your lodging party (Lawyer, Solicitor or Conveyancer) for lodgement at Land Registry.
